Financial Need: Consideration of total funding needed.

Student Employment: Number and duration of jobs, advancement and recognition.

School Involvement: Participation in campus activities (student government, clubs, athletics).

Community Involvement: Participation in off-campus community activities (service and volunteer work).

Essay: Relation to topic, mindfulness, articulation, mechanics, and relevant examples.
